Shipping

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and the Gulf countries. Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 days to the US, 5 to 8 days to the UK and 6 to 10 days to the Gulf.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Depending on your country, customs may charge import duties or taxes when your package arrives. Those are set by customs, not by us.

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away.

If your package is lost

If tracking shows your package is lost, email us with your order number and we'll refund your order.

If your item arrives damaged

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the damage. Once we've checked it, we'll refund your order.

Changed your mind?

In the UK, you have 14 days after your order arrives to cancel it, without giving a reason. Email us and we'll send you the return instructions. You then have 14 days to send the item back. We refund you within 14 days of getting it back. Return shipping is paid by you, and the item should come back in the condition you received it.

In the US and the Gulf, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. Everything in the sections above still applies to you.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, PayPal included. Once a refund is approved, we process it within 3 to 5 business days. After that, how long it takes to show up depends on PayPal or your bank.
